With eight years of experience working in laboratories, Dr. Behar has extensive knowledge of coordinating and carrying out scientific endeavours. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia where she conducted multidisciplinary research projects in plant biochemistry and protein characterization. Additionally, she established a moss research centre and generated modified moss strains for the synthesis of enzymes with potential applications in biofuels.
