As it is virtual, it gives more opportunities to find times that fit your schedule.

• Founders: maximum of 20 pending requests. Your request is “refunded” if a meeting is either confirmed, canceled or declined (note: most investors will simply ignore requests they do not find relevant).

Active investors accept about 10% of requests. Better targeting leads to better results.

It’s better. Most investors will check your pitch deck before committing to a meeting.

Yes. You can use Calendly to set up meetings using Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn, etc.

By registering for the event:

• You agree to adhere to the SOSV Code of Conduct;
• You acknowledge and accept the SOSV Communication Policy;
• You acknowledge and accept that this is a free, virtual event, but registration is required and such registration is non-transferrable;
• You consent to SOSV collecting and processing your registration information (including name, email, company, etc.) to manage the event and future communications related to similar events; and
• You are solely responsible for your communications and engagement at the event.

– SOSV does not verify or endorse any participant or the information exchanged at the event;

– SOSV reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any registration entirely at its sole discretion;
• Terminate your participation in the event for any reason or for no reason, without notice, entirely at its sole discretion;
• Modify or cancel the event entirely at its sole discretion without any liability to attendees.

By registering for the event, you confirm that at least one of the below criteria apply to you:

• You are an accredited investor as defined by Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933; or

• You are an individual who is a non-US person participating in accordance with the securities laws and regulations applicable in your respective jurisdiction; or

• You are an individual attending the event on behalf of an entity that is an accredited investor under applicable U.S. securities laws, or securities laws and regulations applicable in the entity’s relevant jurisdiction.”
