Tushar joins SOSV as a mechanical engineer for the HAX Pune team. Tushar has significant experience in parts manufacturing, operations management, plant utilities, machine assembly, quality documentation, and basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and plant/machine automation.

Prior to joining SOSV, he worked for a machine manufacturing company where he headed assembly department and supported production team in designing fixtures and for a consumer goods manufacturing company. He also worked as an Utility & Maintenance engineer, where he led project teams in designing, erection & commissioning of multiple utility plants like RO and DM water generation plants, water cooled chillers, Air Handling Units, Dry Compressed Air, Effluent Treatment Plant with zero liquid discharge & respective pipelines. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor and has trained more than 200 students in manufacturing skills.
