Carmelo joined SOSV as part of the Investment Team at the Office of the Managing General Partner, supporting cross-functional operations and relationships.

Carmelo has previously worked as an operations and change management leader in logistics and nonprofit organizations in New Jersey, New York, and Puerto Rico.

Carmelo graduated from Rutgers University with BA in Philosophy and Comparative Literature. He also completed undergraduate work (no degree) at the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez.
