Selin joins our teams as an Investment Analyst with the IndieBio NY team where she will be conducting due diligence for both new and follow-on investments and supporting the growth and success of IndieBio’s portfolio companies.

Selin received her PhD in Pharmacology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill where she worked primarily on neurodegenerative diseases. Fueled by deep-seated passion for applying innovative ideas to solve real-world challenges, she volunteered at Nucleate-RTP as co-managing director. In this role, she assisted academic founders in transforming their research into thriving biotech companies. Beyond her professional pursuits, she likes to read, practice yoga, hike and push her physical limits by engaging outdoor activities.
