Rian O’Neill has joined the SOSV team as a Junior Fund Accountant, based in our Cork office. He brings with him a strong foundation in finance, having begun his career as an Equity Finance Analyst at Susquehanna International Group (SIG) in Dublin, where he developed his skills in fast-paced financial markets. He then moved to Boston Scientific in Cork as a Financial Analyst, where he contributed to strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Rian holds a First Class Honours degree in Finance from University College Cork (UCC). Outside of work, he’s a decorated boxer, with multiple All-Ireland titles and Irish caps to his name. A keen follower of financial markets, he enjoys reading the Financial Times—and you might occasionally find him testing his analytical edge at the poker table.
