Ghaith is a Principal at SOSV HAX, where he focuses on early-stage investments in deep technology, industrial systems, and climate innovation. His work centers on identifying breakthrough technologies and supporting founders building companies across industrial AI, advanced manufacturing, energy transition, and emerging climate solutions.

Prior to joining SOSV, Ghaith was part of Aramco Ventures, where he evaluated and supported investments in deep tech companies spanning climate technologies, industrial innovation, and advanced materials. He worked closely with founders and portfolio companies globally, contributing to investment strategy and portfolio development.

Earlier in his career, Ghaith worked at SABIC, gaining experience in large-scale industrial operations and technology-driven businesses. He has also founded companies in climate technology and education technology, both of which achieved successful exits.
