Maddy Behr is a Principal of Investor Relations & Capital Formation at SOSV, where she focuses on building and managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and LPs, supporting both capital formation and ongoing investor relations across the firm’s fund strategy.

She joined SOSV as SOSV NY’s Program Manager, before moving into Corporate Partnerships, and eventually into her current Investor Relations role.

Before joining SOSV, Maddy spent 3 years at IBM as a management consultant, working with healthcare clients across both the public and private sectors, providing support with their workforce strategy, change management approach, and marketing campaigns. Prior to IBM, Maddy spent time at Rhapsody Venture Partners, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage hard-tech investments.

Maddy grew up in Evanston, IL, and graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in International Relations (Economics) and a minor in Entrepreneurship. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, running, making art, singing, and traveling.
