Before starting a new career at Orbit Startups, Ryan was a project manager in charge of screening the product and developing assessment criteria for the products in Yonghui Superstores in China. Later, he became a channel strategy management administrator at Taiwan Mobile, by adjusting the way to investigate customer surveys to get more insights from customers, in turn, to take service quality to the next level.
