Charissa has joined SOSV as Content Editor for the Orbit Program. Charissa is a passionate, ambitious and adventurous multimedia producer. Before joining SOSV, she worked as a podcast/video/news producer for several large organizations including CNN, CGTN and Tokyo Broadcasting System. A native of China, Charissa went to NYU college and the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University for her master’s degree. During her sophomore year at NYU, Charissa studied abroad in London where she participated in the national discussion around the Scottish Independence Referendum. The incident sparked her interest in politics and a career in journalism and media at large. Charissa loves reading and traveling, she has been to over 30 countries.
